In particular, you must bear the inherent risks associated with the use of the worldwide web. AVBV accepts no responsibility or liability for functions contained on AVBV’s website and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems (including but not limited to worms and viruses) that you may experience with the website or incompatibility of the website with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links.
- AVBV will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, consequential or incidental loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure) or any indirect loss whatsoever that arises out of or is related to the use of AVBV’s website.
- All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in materials published by or on behalf of AVBV on the website (e.g. text and images) are owned by AVBV and/or its licensors/sponsors. The contents of the website cannot be reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means including but not limited to electronic, mechanical photocopying or recording without the prior written permission of AVBV. You agree that the material and content contained within or provided is for your own personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.

- AVBV excludes all liability whether in contract, tort (including liability for negligence) or otherwise for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any information as well as the value and integrity of goods and services offered by third parties over the website.
- AVBV may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the services offered on its websites for any reason, at any time at its sole discretion.
- AVBV reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time with the variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the varied Terms & Conditions on the websites. The revised Terms & Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you once you visit AVBV’s website.
Terms & Conditions – The Champions Offer
By participating in 'The Champions Offer' (Offer), the Consumer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
This Offer is an entertainment and promotional activity which is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. ("ATL / Company") having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram – 122001, Haryana. The offer and Consumer participation is being managed by 28th Avenue Media and Communications Private Limited ("Service Provider").
- To be eligible for this Offer, you need to confirm to us that you ("Consumer") have purchased a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres offered for sale by the Company in India ("Tyre/Product") during the Offer Period effective from 15 June 2026 till date to be updated 2026 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier ("Offer Period").
This Offer is not valid in / to Consumers in the State of Tamil Nadu
The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Terms for Participation
- To participate in the Offer, Consumer must complete the following steps:
- Purchase a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres from the authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period.
- Consumers purchasing a minimum of four (4) Vredestein Car Tyres shall:
- be eligible to participate in the QR code-based entry mechanism and may qualify to win a Manchester United Fan Jersey as per the winner selection criteria defined herein.
- Additionally, only consumers located in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh shall be eligible to receive an assured Amazon Gift Voucher worth up to INR 1,000/- at the time of purchase (the "Gift Voucher"), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Scan the QR code displayed at dealer outlet and visit the link: https://consumeroffer.vredestein.co.in/ (the "Official Platform").
- Complete the registration form with required details (name, email, phone number, invoice number, etc.) and upload clear and legible documents such as the invoice copy within 24 hours of purchase.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions along with ATL's Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.Vredesteintyres.com/en-in/privacy-notice/).
- Provide OTP-based authentication.
- Correctly answer the question(s) displayed on the Official Platform.
- Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.
Disclaimers
- Purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible.
- Participation in the offer is open to Consumers who satisfy the following "Eligibility Criteria":
- Are Indian Citizens of age 18 years or more.
- This Offer is not open to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).
- Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company and its group companies may participate but are not eligible to receive benefits of the Offer.
- Purchase of qualifying tyres does not guarantee receipt of a Manchester United Fan Jersey. The Jersey shall only be awarded to Consumers selected as Winners in accordance with the winner selection criteria set out herein.
- The Consumer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase invoice uploaded is authentic, not tampered with, clear, legible, and shows the relevant details including purchase date, tyre model, invoice number, dealer name and address, and the Consumer's name. Consumer’s information as provided via the said landing page will be subject to Privacy Policy( https://www.vredestein.co.in/privacy-notice/ )
- Benefits of the Offer are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made / permitted, except at ATL’s / Service Provider’s sole discretion.
- This Offer is not applicable on claimed tyres under Warranty Policy / re-treaded Tyres.
Validation
The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission. The internal validation includes verification of purchase, invoice details, dealer details, eligibility review, and answer confirmation. The winner will be contacted by ATL / Service Provider. No disputes will be entertained once validation is complete. Consumer agrees that they are solely responsible for routinely checking communications from the Service Provider / ATL at the WhatsApp number / email ID provided by them, and shall not hold ATL / Service Provider responsible for any discrepancies (including wrong WhatsApp number / email ID, emails going to spam, etc.).
Winner Selection
- Manchester United Fan Jerseys shall be awarded based on skill and evaluation criteria.
- The Consumer understands and agrees that the Service Provider / ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes. Failure of contact between the Consumer and ATL/ Service Provider for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to emails going to spam, WhatsApp messages not being responded to, loss of phone, etc.) may result in forfeiture of the Consumer’s eligibility for participation / validation.
- Once all purchases have been validated by the Service Provider, the Consumers winning the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a WhatsApp message / email, through the contact information / email IDs provided by the Consumer to the Service Provider / ATL, specifying the details of the prize.
Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

| Time Taken | Among correct responses, Consumers who submit in the shortest recorded time will rank higher. |
| Tie-Breaker (Random Selection) | If two or more participants have identical accuracy and response time, a participant will be selected through a randomizer tool. |
The first twenty (20) qualifying entries strictly meeting all of the above criteria will be declared as Winners. In the event there are more than twenty (20) qualifying entries that meet the above criteria, the Winners will be selected through a random draw from among the tied qualifying entries.
Rewards for the Contest
- Winners shall receive a Manchester United Fan Jersey which must be collected from the ATL contact person designated in the respective city.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, benefit, alternative product, or credit.
Data Accuracy & Collection
By taking part and/or entering into the Offer, the Consumer warrants that all information provided by the Consumer regarding their name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete. The personal data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the Winner and arranging Prize distribution including but not limited to our various remarketing activities through which we like to disseminate information about our various products and services, improving our sales and marketing activities and overall analysis of our internal processes. By participating in this Offeryou consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data. Additional Disclaimer
- ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer or its term and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the Offer, the Consumer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
- You shall not hold ATL and/or its service providers liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, death, or property loss arising from your participation in the Offer.
- These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice. Consumers agree to routinely check these terms and conditions to keep themselves informed of any such change.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ATL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offerfor any reasons whatsoever without any liability of obligations.
- ATL reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
Liability
- By participating in the Offer, Consumer agrees to release and hold harmless ATL and Service Provider for technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting participation, and from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- ATL and Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- ATL and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information under this Offer and are not liable for any errors or losses arising from its use. By participating, you agree to indemnify ATL and its affiliates against any related claims or damages.
Acceptance
- Participation in the Offer constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
