This Sales Offer (“Offer”) is a customer promotion activity which is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (‘ATL’) having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram–122001, Haryana.

To be eligible for this Offer you need to confirm to us that you (‘Customer’) have purchased at least Company’s one new (1) Vredestein Passenger Tyre in India (“Tyre”) during the promotion period effective from 15th September 2025 to 31st October 2025 (‘Offer Period’) and you will be eligible to avail Amazon Gift Voucher of INR Rs 250 (‘Voucher’).

The Offer is valid for Customers who purchase Vredestein Tyre from any authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period in India.

Under the Offer, the Customer gets the following cashback on the purchase of 1 or more new Vredestein Passenger car tyres:

The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Terms for participation:

• To participate in the Offer, Customers must complete the following steps:

  a. Purchase a Tyre from the authorized Dealer of Vredestein tyres during the Offer Period.

  b. Provide accurate and valid information as asked in the above-mentioned landing page.

• Purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer.
• Participation in the Offer is open to Customers who satisfy the following Eligibility Criteria:

  a. Are Indian Citizens of age 18 years or more

  b. This Offer is not open for participation to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).

• The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the above-mentioned purchase invoice uploaded on the said landing page is clear, legible, and shows the relevant details, including the purchase date, tyre model, and the Customer's name, which match or appear to belong to the same family as the details of the participating Customer. Customer’s information as provided via the said landing page will be subject to ATL’s internal privacy policy.
• Prizes are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made except at ATL’s sole discretion.
• The Offer is not applicable on claimed tyres PCR Construct.
• The Offer is applicable only on purchase of Car tyres in Mumbai, Pune, Ranchi, Kolkata, Guwahati and Bangalore from authorized dealers during the mentioned offer period.

Winner Selection:

• ATL reserves the right to validate the purchase by verifying the uploaded purchase invoice. The Customer understands and agrees that ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes.
• Once all purchases have been validated by ATL, the Winners will receive an email specifying their Voucher details through the contact information provided by the Customer.
• ATL shall not entertain any request for exchange of Voucher with any cash awards or any other alternative etc.

Data Accuracy & Collection:

• By taking part and/or entering into the Offer the Customer warrants that all information provided by the Customer regarding their name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.

Disclaimer:

• ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
• By participating in the Offer, the Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
• These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ATL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer for any reasons whatsoever without any liability of obligations.
• ATL reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of ATL shall be final and binding.

Liability:

• By participating in the Offer, Customer agree to release and hold harmless ATL from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• ATL and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information under this Offer and are not liable for any errors or losses arising from its use. By participating, you agree to indemnify Apollo against any related claims or damages.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
